By accessing or using DealerPipe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
DealerPipe provides automation tools to help automotive dealerships post vehicle inventory to Facebook Marketplace. Our service includes a Chrome extension and web dashboard for managing listings.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
DealerPipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Facebook regarding your account or listings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
